1.CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL

• If you select this option, be sure to select "enter a promo code". At this point, enter the code  CDN30. This will        reduce the price of your order by 30%. Your Pay Pal payment will be collected in USD (at the reduced price). 

2. CHECKOUT

• If you select this option, send a cheque (CDN) for the total amount on the order form payable to Music  Mentors    International (please do not apply the 30% discount code). If preferred, email to request an invoice.

3. SHIPPING:

• Be sure to identify your location in the shipping drop-down menu.   

• If you have only E-files in your order, select E-file option in the shipping drop-down menu.
